Budweiser Case Study

Event Challenge:

Provide a unique bar area at the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Dubai for Budweiser.

Event Idea:

Vivid inflatable structures had just launched in the Middle East and therefore were the ideal solution for a unique bar, as they were yet to be seen by the party goers in the region.

The Vivid lounge had a full schedule of entertainment planned across the entire weekend; and the unique looking structure attracted people from across the whole stadium.

The lounge was a hub of activity yet it also was an ideal location to chill out and relax away from the heat of the Middle Eastern Sun.

Event Results:

Over 400 party goers at the Rugby World Cup Sevens enjoyed the Vivid inflatable lounge. The organiser of the event, Guy Martin from Promoseven was delighted with the lounge stating: “Vivid inflatable structures provided the perfect venue”. The Vivid lounge also attracted coverage in a variety of publications.
