How The Main Event International boosted knowledge of HP's online marketing and promotion support for affiliates and suppliers

To educate Hewlett-Packard affiliates and suppliers to the variety of marketing / sales tools and campaigns available to them across several E.M.E.A territories.

Many affiliate businesses were still operating with limited marketing activity and digital/online promotion. Also considerable lack of awareness of HP intranet and online resources available to affiliate vendors and suppliers.

Case Study Idea

To create a series of impartial marketing and sales seminars to identify sales and business growth opportunities for attending affiliates and their businesses.

The Main Event International created the content, workshops and presented each seminar, highlighting industry relevant marketing, digital, online and sales techniques and methods.

The Main Event International cited local and international case studies, and then linked these to the marketing and advertising tools and resources available on HP’s affiliate online portal.

Case Study Results

Over 250 attendees for each seminar in territories including Egypt, U.A.E, Jordan, Saudi and Beirut.

Extremely positive and responsive feedback was supported by a 40% increase in HP portal registrations in each territory and an increase in joint affiliate – HP marketing campaigns.
